Returns Policy

Products purchased from Tesmode can easily be returned or exchanged. In store purchased items are available to be return or exchange in our Richmond Hill store located near Hwy 7 & Leslie in GTA. Most items that have been purchased online can be returned or exchanged online with certain charge applied.

Refunds or replacements are available within 30 days of the delivery date for products under our Standard Return Policy. All returns must be in their original packaging and unused condition. A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price applies, except for defective items. Open-box, unoriginal, and used items are also eligible for 30-day returns, but a fee of up to 30% of the purchase price may apply. Please note that Tesmode does not offer hassle-free returns, except for defective items. All terms and conditions apply.

For products labeled "Open Box" or "Refurbished Item," Tesmode accepts returns within the eligible return period. This policy applies to all Open Box products sold and shipped by Tesmode.

All products purchased from Tesmode are offered one year standard Merchandise warranty with validated receipt. Electronic devices and parts may offer additional store extension warranty with extra charge. Please check products page for more details.

nternational Shipping: For customers located outside of Canada, we provide international shipping at an additional charge of $15 to $35, regardless of the order's total value before tax.
